Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

01The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Armature, Inc. ("Armature", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Armature for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

02The service

Armature provides product analytics for AI agent sessions. Customers instrument their MCP servers, Claude Connectors or ChatGPT Apps with our SDK, and Armature captures, rebuilds, classifies and scores the resulting sessions in a dashboard.

03Accounts

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the service. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

04Plans and fees

The free plan includes 1,000 sessions per month. Beyond that, usage is billed at $50 per 1,000 sessions. Custom plans are agreed separately. Payments are processed by Stripe, and usage charges are billed monthly in arrears.

We may change prices with at least 30 days notice, effective at your next billing period. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

05Customer data

You own the data you send to Armature. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service, including running AI models that classify and score sessions.

You are responsible for having the right to send us that data and for making any disclosures your own users require. Armature redacts PII and secrets by default, but you should not send data you are not allowed to share. Where we process personal data of your users, we act as your processor, and a data processing agreement is available on request at [email protected].

06Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers' data.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the service.
  • Do not reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
  • Do not resell the service without our written agreement.

07Intellectual property

Armature owns the service, its software and its branding. We can use feedback you give us without restriction. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your data to us or of our service to you.

08Confidentiality

Each side may learn confidential information about the other while using or providing the service. Both sides agree to protect it, use it only as needed under these terms and not disclose it, except when the law requires disclosure.

09Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers such as cloud infrastructure, AI model providers and payment processing. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to their services.

10Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Analytics, classifications and scores are produced in part by AI models and may contain errors. They are provided for information, and decisions you make on them are yours.

11Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. After termination we make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature survive termination, such as confidentiality and liability, survive.

13Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days notice by email or in the product, and continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
